How do I initiate a return?
To begin a return, please email support@aeluria.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
Our Customer Care team will provide further instructions if your return is approved.
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we kindly ask that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
What should I do if my product is faulty, broken or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us at support@aeluria.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the matter swiftly, we may request:
- Photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Your order number
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Can I return a product that has been used?
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened candles, diffusers, or fragrance items cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival:
- Opened or used candles or fragrance products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and display the refund.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Can refunds be issued to a different payment method?
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
What if I received an item as a gift?
Refunds for gifted items can only be issued to the original purchaser. Gift recipients are welcome to contact us for assistance.
