Where can I get my package delivered?
Aeluria currently delivers to the following regions:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Australia
Please ensure you place your order on the Aeluria website intended for delivery to your country. Orders can only be shipped to the country selected at checkout.
What are your delivery time & charges?
All Aeluria orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 days after order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, customs processing, and local carriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–12 days
- United Kingdom: 6-11 days
- Australia: 6–11 days
Shipping charges
- Complimentary shipping on all orders above $90
- Flat $8 shipping fee on orders below $90
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
What kind of packaging will my order be delivered in?
Every Aeluria order is shipped in protective, minimal packaging, designed to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Candles and gift sets are carefully secured to prevent movement during transit. If your order includes multiple items, they will be thoughtfully packed together whenever possible.
What if I miss my order's delivery?
If delivery is attempted while no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may:
- Attempt redelivery, or
- Leave instructions for collection or rescheduling, depending on local carrier policies.
Aeluria is not responsible for delays caused by failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Order Tracking
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can follow your delivery journey using the tracking link provided. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
How can I change my delivery address?
Delivery address changes can only be requested within a short window after placing your order.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aeluria.com. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
